Are your prices per person or per vehicle?
Per vehicle.

Is my transport Shared?
Absolutely not, the transport is private and we do not take any other people in the car with you. The car is exclusively yours..

How far is it from the airport to the center?
It is about 16km (10miles) and average journey time is 25-40 minutes.

Do you offer maps of Prague or tours included in the price?
We do not offer any maps as we find most people would rather choose and buy their own plus a we don't believe people would book transfer with a particular company based on a 30p (€1)map.
As regards to tours, again we believe people would prefer to book their own tour from a wide range of tour companies based in Prague which they can find information about on the internet or when they arrive at the hotel.

Why do you need a mobile phone number?
We need your mobile phone number incase the drive needs to contact you due to a traffic delay or if you are held up in passport control or baggage collection the driver will try to contact you, so please do switch on your mobile when you have left the aircraft and entered the airport.

I have not received a confirmation email, what should I do?
Sometimes there can be a problem with e-mail especially spam filters. Please check your spam folders as it seems to solve most problems. If you still can not find the confirmation please contact us by e-mail or text and we will resend the confirmation email and send you a text message confirmation.

How do i cancel or change my reservation?
If it is prior to 24 hours before your arrival then please send us an email with any changes or notify us of a cancellation. If it is 24hours or any time (preferably up to 2 hours) before your arrivals then please send us a a text message (the number will have been sent to you in your confirmation). The text does not have to be anything complicated just the reservation number=CANCEL.

You can also call us from the hotel reception, please do this yourself and don't depend on the hotel receptionists to do it ….. They seldom do.

How do I find my transport when I arrive at Prague Airport?
When you have collected you baggage you will come thought to the arrivals lounge. Please walk to the right side and you will see a driver waiting for you with you name written on a sign.

What happens if I can't find the driver?
We recommend you switch on your mobile as soon as you have entered the airport, if the driver has been delayed he has your mobile number and will have sent you a text message. If you have no received any message then you can text or call the driver (the number will be sent to you with your confirmation) or you can call our office +420 224 239 507

What happens if I am delayed?
Our drives will normally arrive at the airport about the same time your flight is scheduled to land (you will have provided us with this information in advance) and will wait until you come thought into the arrivals lounge if they see your flight has been delayed this will wait for you for up to one hour. If we see that your flight has been delayed we will come back for you at a later time In any case we will inform you about the status of the transport via text message to your mobile.

What happens if I arrive early?
Our drives will normally arrive at the airport about the same time your flight is scheduled to land (you will have provided us with this information in advance) and therefore you will have to wait in the arrivals lounge until he arrives. If you can please send a text message to the driver (the number will be sent to you with your confirmation).

When will you collect me from the hotel departure day?
Normally check in opens 2 hours before departure, we recommend collecting you 2 hours and 30 minutes before your flight is scheduled to depart, we will send you the recommended time in your confirmation, however, you can decide the time yourself and inform the driver.

Have you increased your prices?
No!, but the exchange rate between the Czech Crown and the British Pound has changed!.

We were one of the first transfer companies (in autumn of 2006) to offer transfer from Prague airport to any hotel in Prague for only 500 Czech Crowns and that still remains the same price today despite inflation and rising fuel costs.

However over the last 12 months the exchange rate has changed quite a bit and continues to fluctuate on a regular basis the 500 Czech Crowns that use to be £13 is now about £17.

So as of the 16 January 2008 you will see a change when you look at the prices in GBP but as mentioned the core price of our transfer in Czech Crowns remains the same.

Do I have to pay more for my transfer which I made before the 16th January?
No! We will honor the price when you made your reservation so the price in your confirmation is the price you pay, if it was £13 then that is what you pay.

Can I pay by credit card upon arrival?
Unfortunately our drivers can not accept credit. If you would like to pay by credit card then please lets us know when you make your reservation and we will call you and ask you for your credit card details. We currently accept Visa and MasterCard.

What currency can I pay in?
You may pay in Czech Crowns (CZK), British Pounds (GBP)or Euros (EUR), but we prefer Czech Crowns.

Why do you not accept British coins?
The reason is that exchange offices and Banks in the Czech Republic will not exchange them into Czech Crowns, if you give a driver British Pound or Pence coins it is like not giving him anything at all because he can not use it or exchange it.

If you do not accept Pound coins then how do I pay the driver £13?
We would prefer if you paid in Czech Crowns but if you have to pay in Pounds then you can pay the driver £15 (in notes) and say to the driver you want to pay £13 he will then either give you £2 in Pounds coins back (yes we have over £300 in coins we would love to get rid of), or will give you the change back in Czech Crowns (70 Czech Crowns).

When do I pay?
If you have book a single journey for example from Prague Airport to your hotel then please pay when you have arrived at the hotel, if have book a return journey, please pay half the total upon arrival to your Hotel and another half at the airport when we drop you off.

Should I tip the driver?
If you are happy with the service it is customary to tip about 10%, but it is up to you if you wish to do so.

Can I have a receipt?
Yes, if you want a physical receipt, we can send you a full company receipt by email after your journey is complete.
